Financial Findings
paid, $500–$1,500If it's a fit, we do a paid Discovery review of your actual books — $500–$1,500, credited in full toward your Cleanup fee. You get a written diagnosis: specific findings, not a generic pitch.
Your Plan
A recommendation built from what we actually found — a one-time Cleanup to get your books current, priced from the Discovery review, plus a monthly plan (Foundation, Core Clarity, or Signature) sized to your shop. Not an off-the-shelf package.

Cleanup
one-timeFull chart of accounts rebuild, historical catch-up up to 24 months, bank & credit card reconciliation on every account, a trade-specific job-cost structure, and a written financial diagnosis. Starts at $2,000 for our first 10 clients, $5,000 after that. Half down, half on delivery.
Your monthly plan
monthlyFoundation, Core Clarity, or Signature — sized to your revenue and crew size, not a one-size package. Built to outlast us.
The goal isn't to keep us forever. It's to build you something that outlasts us. Not every shop needs Dead Level forever, and we'll tell you when that's true. Once a business is big enough to justify an internal hire, we help build the transition — documenting the systems, training whoever you bring on, and handing off cleanly. From there, most shops keep Dead Level on for periodic touchpoints through the year and coordinate with their CPA, instead of full recurring service.
