The full process
Most shops don't stay in one tier forever. The typical engagement moves through three phases: a one-time foundation, an ongoing monthly rhythm, and optional strategic partnership.
One-time
Get the books fixed, rebuilt, and ready for weekly decision-making. This is the foundation every other tier builds on.
Monthly
The ongoing accounting rhythm: weekly books, monthly close, dashboards, and cash visibility. Most shops live here after Cleanup.
Monthly + advisory
Add a fractional CFO when you need deeper strategy: pricing, hiring, capex, board reporting, and annual tax planning.
